The Institute of Skills and Computer Education is an autonomous institute operating under the Maharishi Markandeshwar Indian Educational Technology Research Association.
The Association was established on 17 April 2025 and is registered under Section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013 by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India. It is also recognized by the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT), Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India.
The Association is registered with both the Central Government and various State Governments.

The primary objective of the Association is to provide education to every section of society across India. It aims to equip youth with the skills and qualities required to succeed in various employment sectors.
The organization actively participates in social welfare initiatives and conducts awareness campaigns, including programs against drug abuse.
